WhatsApp Support

We’ll create a private WhatsApp group for communication with the 5 Starz team.

Creative Assets

Upload anything you already have. If your files aren’t ready right now, you can continue onboarding and send the remaining requested assets afterward.

Creative Asset Deadline

Any creative assets requested by 5 Starz must be provided within 5 calendar days of signing.

We need this information to complete SMS/text messaging verification, which allows us to contact homeowners on your behalf.

If you have your CP575 or another IRS document confirming your EIN, upload it here. If you don’t have it available right now, you can continue onboarding.

Why we need this

This information is used only to complete the business verification required for SMS/text messaging setup. We’ll handle the technical verification process for you.
